1. Order and Payment

Travel-foxusa.com accepts Credit and Debit Card payments or payments through the Paypal system. Our online shopping system will accept the payment method of your choice based on the preferred selection. www.travel-foxusa.com only accepts orders made through the online shopping system. You will receive an email confirmation once the order is completed. Orders are fulfilled by VISS INTERNATIONAL.

2. Availability

travel-foxusa.com will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the goods displayed are available. Despite our efforts in synchronizing the website merchandise with our stock, some items that appear on the website may be out of stock. In this case, we will automatically refund your payment and inform you about the unavailability shortly after the order is placed.

3. Price

Prices are in US Dollars (USD). If the mailing address is within Canada, individual provincial tax will be applied. Mailing addresses outside of Canada are not subject to any taxes. travel-foxusa.com reserves the right to vary prices and other details of the products without prior notice.

4. Shipping Policy

Shipment will be made within 1-2 business days of receiving payment, tracking information will be provided by email. We ship items worldwide with Canada Post.

Orders are shipped to the address specified at the time of checkout, please double check your shipping address prior to purchase.

5. Shipping Duration

Most orders ship within 1 to 2 Business Days [Monday-Friday]. Orders received on Friday will ship on Monday. Postal standards are 3-5 business days within North America and 7-10 business days worldwide (timeframes may vary based on carrier).

6. International Shipping Customs Information

Import duties and tax charges are not included in the item price or shipping charge. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase. These charges are normally collected by the postal carrier or when you pick the item up. Please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

7. Refused Shipments

If you decide to refuse any shipments from travel-foxusa.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charge to you, and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your purchase amount.

8. Return and Exchange

Exchanges or Returns accepted within 15 Days of purchase. Contact us via email at info@travel-foxusa.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number and Letter for return.

All products must be returned in their original unworn condition with the box, invoice, and packaging material. *Returns will be credited in full minus the shipping cost and a flat $10 re-stocking/handling fee. Buyer is responsible for cost of shipping back any item.*

9. Defective Merchandise

Damaged or defective merchandise can be returned within 15 days of the purchase date for in-store credit. Contact us via email at info@travel-foxusa.com  to obtain a Return Authorization Number and Letter for return. Upon inspection of merchandise TRAVEL FOX USA reserves the right to determine between a defective product and normal wear-and-tear, an email will be sent to advise of outcome.  *Returns will be credited in full minus the shipping cost, buyer is responsible for cost of shipping back any item.*

10. Communication

We respond to most inquiries within 12-24 hours, However it may sometimes take a full 48 hours during high-volume periods.
